No Physical Returns Needed Due to our international fulfillment model, we do not require customers to ship items back. This saves you time and return shipping costs.
Eligible for Full Refund or Free Replacement:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item never arrived after 30 days
How to Request: Email petrifavour247@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond within 24-48 hours.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Minor color differences due to screen settings (disclosed in product descriptions)
- Orders cancelled after 12 hours of placement
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
